程仕军
上海交通大学上海高级金融学院执行院长、会计学讲席教授
程仕军博士现任上海交通大学上海高级金融学院执行院长、会计学讲席教授。他拥有上海交通大学工业管理工程工学博士学位和美国匹兹堡大学会计学博士学位，之前曾任教于美国密西根大学罗斯商学院和马里兰大学史密斯商学院(终身教职)，并曾任厦门大学讲座教授，暨南大学讲座教授、管理学院院长。
程仕军博士的研究兴趣集中在公司治理、股权结构、薪酬激励、和管理会计等领域。他的有关研究成果发表在The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, The Review of Financial Studies, 和 Journal of Financial Economics 等世界顶尖学术刊物上。曾任或担任 Contemporary Accounting Research 和 China Journal of Accounting Research 的编委、首届《中国工业经济》学术委员会委员、以及会计与金融领域的多家世界顶尖学术刊物的特约审稿人。
迄今为止，程仕军博士已为博士生、EMBA、MBA、MF和本科生等学位项目以及非学位项目讲授管理会计、财务会计、决策者的会计精要、绩效考核与薪酬设计、股权结构与控制、公司治理等课程。
