【ICS】蒋展教授解读中国产品召回制度

7月13日，上海外语频道《财道》栏目播出我院蒋展教授的专访报道。就近期强生在韩国召回儿童止热糖浆，而在中国这款产品却没有被召回事件，蒋展教授认为，对比中美的召回政策规定，中国的召回政策是比较健全的，区别在于中国在召回方面的法律不健全。另外，蒋展教授还指出，中国小农经济模式导致的技术瓶颈也是影响我国产品质量标准设定的重要因素。
Jiang Zhan:I have compared the drug recall regulations from the CFDA and US's FDA,and found the rules in the countries are very similar,and they are both strict.For example ,they both have two types of recalls,voluntary and compulsory.And there are four levels of recalls.But there's one significant difference,which regards the punishment.If a company refuses to recall defective products,or conceals quality problems,what price they are going to pay?Does the law provide punishment for it?
Jiang Zhan: Take the quality of China's milk.It has been in the spotlight for a very long time.Some say, China's standard is 25 times lower than international standards.But what can we do,Chinese manufacturers do not have the ability to improve their technology.If the government set a higher level,that will only lead to the bankruptcy of Chinese milk manufacturers.
