Starting in 2007, financial research centers around the globe began organizing conferences in the area of emerging market finance. The first conference was held at the Financial Institutions Center, Wharton School, the second conference at Swedish Institute of Financial Research (SIFR) in Stockholm, and the third conference at the Center for Analytical Finance, Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. The fourth conference, co-organized by China Center for Financial Research (CCFR) and China Academy of Financial Research (CAFR), will be held at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, on July 7-9, 2010. The conference will begin with a reception on the evening of Wednesday, July 7, and the sessions will be held on Thursday, July 8, and Friday, July 9.
