Program Overview

PMD is a talent acquisition and management development program. Talents identified as suitable join as Management Associates in July 2019, and they are given international and business exposure through training programs, business rotational assignments and on-the-job training to support their growth from junior managers to business or function leaders.

The program comprises three options. The separate options enable successful applicants to focus on the business / function that they are truly passionate about and develop specialized skills:

• PMD offers career opportunities in our trading, logistics, distribution and/or retail businesses in one of our offices across the world
• PMD - China Specialization offers career opportunities in our trading, logistics, distribution and/or retail businesses in Mainland China
• PMD - Operations Support Group (OSG) Specialization has three functions - Human Resources (HR), Information Technology Services (ITS), and Financial and Accounting (FNA), and offers career opportunities in these functions in any of our offices across the world.
