张啸先生：

南京大学化学系学士，美国布朗大学化学系硕士、博士，美国德克萨斯大学奥斯丁分校EMBA。

任德克萨斯新兴产业基金评审委员从事美国高科技项目的风险投资。

美国创世纪集团股东和战略顾问，从事跨国收购与兼并。

帮助中国企业泰和诚集团在纽交所成功上市。

每年组织中国企业家参加巴菲特公司年会，有深厚影响力。

Dr. Xiao Zhang obtained his Ph.D. and master's degree in chemistry from Brown University, eMBA from University of Texas in Austin, and bachelor's degree from Nanjing University.

Dr. Zhang joined Trilogy building eCommerce & joined IBM doing integrated global supply chain. He serves on the Selection Committee for the Central Texas Regional Center for Innovation & Commercialization under The State of Texas Emerging Technology Fund, screening early stage venture deals since its inception. Dr. Zhang was also appointed as the business ambassador for City of Nanjing.

Dr. Zhang helped various companies going public in US such as Concord Medical Services in NYSE (ticker: CCM). With deep understanding of both Asian companies and international operation, Dr. Zhang also helped many of them going overseas for M&A, strategic partnership and technology transfer, and developed deep connection with many Asian entrepreneurs.
