张新安教授现任上海交通大学上海高级金融学院党委书记,上海交通大学长聘教授。张新安教授曾任上海交通大学人力资源处副处长,上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院管理科学与工程系主任、MBA项目主任。
张新安教授的研究领域是管理心理与行为,主要包括领导力、团队、组织文化、创新、以及决策心理等。他迄今已发表高水平学术论文30余篇,主要发表于Academy of Management Journal、Journal of Applied Psychology、Journal of Management、Journal of Management Studies、Personnel Psychology、《管理世界》,以及《管理科学学报》等国内外知名学术期刊。张新安教授曾多次主持国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、上海市教委科研创新重大课题。张新安教授从2015年起担任Journal of Personnel Psychology(SSCI)副主编(Associate Editor),2016年起担任Journal of Managerial Psychology(SSCI)副主编(Associate Editor),2022年起担任上海市行为科学学会会长。
张新安教授曾获上海交通大学“最受本科生欢迎教师奖”提名(2011)、“上海交通大学教学新秀(2012)”,以及“上海交通大学教书育人奖(2017)”等荣誉。
