张梦怡博士现任上海交通大学上海高级金融学院助理学术研究员。
张梦怡博士的主要研究领域为组织行为与组织管理,尤其关注组织发展变革背景下员工的积极主动行为与适应过程,特别是员工建言、创造力与创新、个体与团队适应,并在组织差错管理、以及工作场所中的人工智能使用与影响研究等方面有所积累。她的研究基于组织现象,致力于将学术理论与管理实践相结合,为组织管理领域贡献具有影响力的研究发现。
